I’m Mandi, and I’m business coach, but my specialty is really helping women realize their dreams.
As the owner of The Collective, I help women business owners grow their business and maximize their impact through business masterminds, one-on-one coaching, and workshops. When members experience confidence and clarity around the direction their business is heading – that’s the best part of what I do.

Coworking space and business masterminds for women in business
Founded in 2016, The Collective was the first female-only coworking space in Oklahoma. At our core, we believe the keys to growth and success are derived from our collective strength. That’s why our community of female entrepreneurs and business owners are equally as passionate about growing themselves as they are one another.
From business masterminds designed to help you scale your business and maximize your impact to monthly events curated to grow your network and skillset, members enjoy more than a place to work. Membership also includes all the expected business amenities, a downtown Edmond mailing address, free parking, coffee, snacks, and more.
You can join The Collective two ways: 1) 6-month membership which includes access to masterminds and monthly events at no additional charge or 2) month-to-month membership which gets you access to the monthly lunches and networking events for free.

Founded in 2016, The Collective The Collective was born out of a need for office space that didn’t double as a dining room table. Coffee shops were no longer cutting it. It was created as a safe space free from the pull of laundry and various interruptions at home, or the distraction and isolation of public spaces.
