I am a public speaker and vision caster. My job descriptions have changed and the titles have ranged from owner to CEO to business development, but the work is the same for me.
I enter a room of differing and, oftentimes, opposing views and opinions and create safe spaces for people to find common ground and forward momentum. Whether I lead from a keynote stage or the back of the room, my role of infusing varying viewpoints, multi-generational expertise, and diverse experiences into a common solution defines who I am as a professional.
