I am a certified DISC and leadership trainer and speaker. I use these trainings and my skills in every role to enter a room of differing and, oftentimes opposing, views and opinions and create safe spaces for people to find common ground and forward momentum.

Whether from a keynote stage or the back of the room, I am always developing leaders around me. I have worked with corporate healthcare companies and small single owner businesses and truly thrive on taking part in building better business culture and stronger leaders.

What drew you to your industry?

How did your business start?

I dreamed of being a public speaker as a child, and you can still find me taking any excuse to present at the front of the room. I have always loved watching the audience react to an ah-ha moment or a great punchline.
