As a fifth-generation Oklahoman, lifelong athlete, and proud bonus mom to a future CEO, I believe confidence and real connection can change everything.
I founded LeadHERboard to make it easier to do business with women and to help professionals at every level build authentic networks that drive opportunity, equity, and growth. After more than 25 years leading teams in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, I’ve seen firsthand what happens when women lead boldly and organizations embrace real communication and culture change.
Before stepping into the nonprofit world, I worked in the hospitality industry, opening landmark hotels across downtown Oklahoma City, Tulsa, North Texas and Northwest Arkansas. Those early years with Marriott and John Q Hammons, taught me how to create experiences rooted in excellence, inclusion, and service. The very lessons that continue to guide my my motivational speaking, leadership and consulting work today.
As a keynote speaker and consultant, I focus on topics like leadership development, organizational culture, networking, and fearless communication. My signature message, #DoItScared, encourages audiences to silence doubt, lean into courage, and take action even when the path isn’t certain.
