What advice do you have for aspiring female entrepreneurs?

Don’t build your business alone. Surround yourself with people who challenge your thinking, cheer you on, and help you stay aligned with the vision you set out to create. You don’t need to know everything—you just need to be willing to grow, ask for support, and take the next right step.

What's one thing you wish customers knew about your business?

This space is a dream for women in business! It's not just a place to work that's kid- and laundry-free, but also an incredible opportunity to collaborate and build your business with like-minded individuals. The bi-monthly masterminds alone are well worth the membership!

The Collective has been a surprise blessing. The space is lovely, with no laundry in sight. And, the community. I absolutely felt like I had a strong community and didn’t need more. But, collaborating with other entrepreneurs has been a gift! The whole “women support women” is REAL and POWERFUL.

I have gotten so much support from the masterminds and events The Collective offers, and I love that I can see clients in the meeting room rather than renting my own office while my nutrition counseling practice is still growing.

Hi, I’m Mandi—a business coach, mindset strategist, and passionate advocate for women chasing big dreams. As the owner of The Collective, I help female entrepreneurs grow their businesses and maximize their impact through business masterminds, 1:1 coaching, and transformational workshops.

My greatest joy? Watching women step into their power with clarity and confidence, fully aligned with the vision they hold for their business and life.

My areas of expertise include: building the business of your dreams, avoiding burnout and embracing balance, navigating seasons of transition, overcoming imposter syndrome, honing your authentic voice, and marketing yourself with confidence.
