We believe everyone has the right to look good and feel good.
After a fateful experience with collapsed confidence at a high-profile corporate meeting in 2015, founder Lauren Warkentine realized her wardrobe directly contributed to her sense of power at work.
Lauren searched for suits and blazers that made her feel comfortable, feminine and powerful, but came up short at every turn. When she realized she was not the only one who couldn’t find professional clothing that was affordable and helped her express her personality and values, Lauren decided to create what she could not find.
William & Lauren is on a mission to provide custom clothing for men and women that captures their personality and unleashes their confidence.
We are founded on the belief that “how you feel affects how you show up.” We create custom pieces that make each individual client feel their best and show up ready to give their best.
