About L. Bell Solutions, LLC

We empower businesses to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and drive sustainable growth. With an engineering mindset and a hospitality-driven approach, we deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and free leaders to focus on strategic vision.

I provide Fractional COO and business operations consulting to help visionary leaders escape the weeds of day-to-day details and help them scale their business with confidence. I streamline your workflows, optimize your operations, and support sustainable growth.

My ideal client is a CEO, founder, executive director, or senior leader at a small to mid-sized business (10–500 employees) who feels the pressure of having to stay involved in every moving part of the organization. They’re often overwhelmed, lacking clarity around roles, a sustainable rhythm of work, and efficient delegation structures. They’ve outgrown the DIY stage but may not be ready for a full-time COO. What they do know is that it’s time for strategic operational support that brings structure, clarity, and momentum to their business.
