Dana is a coach, advocate, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in ministry leadership, human resources, social work, and philanthropy. She created Kind Birdie after watching capable, faithful women—including herself—burn out while trying to do everything “right.”

Guided by the message Light Hearts, Anchored Souls, Kind Birdie blends beauty, depth, and Scripture-rooted reflection to create tools that feel like gifts, not chores—supporting calm, clarity, and intentional living.
